I always start with understanding the purpose of the sound. What action or emotion it supports. From there, I start building the idea by layering and then processing.My process includes:Collecting or recording raw soundLayering multiple sounds to create smth uniquePolishing and shaping the audio using diffrent effect plugins such as EQ, reverb, delay, distortion, compression etc.My goal is to always create audio that fits with your project and the context where sound is not just a part of the background but the experience itself.
